About this notice
Decision Labs Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through website enquiries and related business communications. This notice explains our approach under applicable Kenyan data protection law.
Information we collect
When you prepare a quotation request, contact us by email or call us, you might provide your name, work email, telephone number, organisation, organisation type, required product or service, quantity, timeline, location and details of your requirements.
The quotation form opens your email application and prepares a message addressed to our business email. You review and send the email from your own account.
We do not currently use website analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, recommend suitable products or services, deliver agreed work, maintain business records, prevent misuse and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Sharing, security and retention
We limit access to people who need the information for the enquiry or transaction. Service providers, publishers, distributors or delivery partners might receive relevant details where needed to prepare or fulfil your request.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed for the enquiry, an active customer relationship, business records and applicable legal requirements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to ask about the use of your data, request access, object to certain processing, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where the law permits. You also have the right to raise a complaint with Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
